Laguna is one of the most progressive provinces in the Philippines, located approximately 35 kilometers south of Metro Manila in the CALABARZON Region (Region IV-A). Climate
Laguna has a tropical climate with warm temperatures throughout the year. November marks the beginning of the dry season, making it one of the best times to visit. Average daytime temperatures range from 24°C to 31°C, with cooler evenings and occasional light showers.
Participants are advised to wear light, comfortable clothing and bring a light jacket or umbrella for changing weather conditions.
Getting Around
Laguna is easily accessible from Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX). The province is well connected by buses, jeepneys, vans, taxis, and ride-hailing services such as Grab.
The conference venue, De La Salle University Laguna Campus is located in Biñan City, approximately 45–60 minutes from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), depending on traffic conditions.
