International participants should remit their registration fees in United States Dollars (USD) only via SWIFT bank transfer.

Important Instructions

• Please perform separate registration and payment for each participant.

• All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion fees shall be borne by the sender.

• Please ensure that the full registration fee is received by PhilProFF after all bank charges have been deducted.

• Include the participant's Full Name in the payment reference or remittance details.

• Upload a copy of the SWIFT transfer confirmation or payment receipt through the online registration portal.

• Registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle services will be available between Seda Nuvali and De La Salle University Laguna Campus (DLSU Laguna) on the mornings of November 12 and 13. Return transfers to the accommodation will also be arranged in the afternoon. 

Please arrive at your chosen pickup point a few minutes before departure to help ensure a smooth schedule.

Post-Conference Tour

Upon checkout, please select the option for the tour if you would like to join the post-conference tour.

• Where: University of the Philippines Los Baños and Yakult Philippines Plant in Calamba.

• When: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, November 14, 2026

• Buffet lunch and airport transfer is included.

• ETA at Manila International Airport - NAIA is at 5:00 PM, Nov. 14, 2026.
