Poster Specifications and Guidelines

1. Poster must be in portrait orientation and have the following dimensions: 40 inches (width) × 60 inches (length), with a minimum 0.5-inch border on all sides.

2. Text should be visible from a distance of approximately 1-2 meters.

3. Poster must be printed preferably with eyelets placed within the specified dimensions.

4. The poster should contain the following sections:


   • Title

   • Author(s) and Affiliation

   • Introduction

   • Methods

   • Results & Discussion

   • Conclusion

   • References

   • Acknowledgements

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1. Poster set up will be during the ingress for poster papers and exhibit (November 12, 7:00-8:00 AM), before registration and assembly. Stands will be available at the poster exhibit area.

2. Posters under the Competing Category will be displayed separately from the Non-competing Category. All posters will be arranged according to the assigned poster codes and research areas.

3. Late installation of posters will not be permitted.

4. All poster presenters (competing and non-competing) are to be by their posters during the allotted poster viewing times.

5. Mounting materials will be provided on-site by the Organizing Committee.
